Terms of Use

Last Updated: 29.10.2026

Welcome to Layout Nook! By accessing our website and purchasing our digital products, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

1. Intellectual Property & Personal Use License

All digital products, templates, planners, icons, and designs (“Products”) available on Layout Nook are the exclusive property of Layout Nook and are protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a Product, you are purchasing a single-user, non-transferable personal use license.

• You MAY: Use the Products for your personal organization, daily routines, and personal devices.
• You MAY NOT: Resell, redistribute, share, alter, or claim any of our Products as your own. You may not share the download links with others or offer our files as freebies on your own platform.

Violating these terms will result in immediate revocation of your access to our files without a refund, and may result in legal action.

2. Digital Product Delivery

All products are delivered as instant digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped to you. Please ensure you have the correct software (e.g., GoodNotes, Google Sheets) required to use the files prior to purchase.

3. Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of instant digital downloads, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please refer to our [Digital Refund Policy] for full details.

4. Site Modifications

We reserve the right to update our pricing, product offerings, or these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
