Cookies Policy

Last Updated: September 28, 2026

At Layout Nook, we want your experience on our website to be as seamless and stress-free as the digital templates we create. To make that happen, our website uses cookies. This policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and how you can manage them.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your browser or device when you visit a website. They help the website remember your actions and preferences (like login details or items in your shopping cart) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.

2. How We Use Cookies

Because our store is built on WordPress and WooCommerce, we rely on a few essential cookies to make sure you can successfully purchase and access your digital files. We use cookies for the following purposes:

• Shopping Cart Functionality (Strictly Necessary): These cookies keep track of the templates, planners, or icons you add to your cart while you browse the site. Without them, your cart would empty itself every time you clicked a new page.
• Account Access & Authentication (Strictly Necessary): When you log into your Layout Nook account to access your lifetime digital downloads, cookies keep you logged in. This prevents you from having to type in your password on every single page.
• Site Performance & Analytics: We occasionally use basic analytical tools to understand how visitors interact with our store (such as which planner color is the most popular or which pages take too long to load). This data is completely anonymous and helps us improve our website’s aesthetic and functionality.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Some cookies on our site are set by trusted third-party services we use to run our business smoothly. For example, our secure payment processors (like Stripe or PayPal) may use cookies to securely verify your identity and process your transaction during checkout.

4. How to Manage Your Cookies

You have complete control over your cookies. Most web browsers allow you to manage your cookie preferences through their settings. You can choose to block all cookies, accept only certain types, or clear your existing cookies.

Please note: If you choose to disable strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to add digital products to your cart, complete a purchase, or log into your account to retrieve your downloads.

To learn how to manage cookies on your specific browser, you can check the “Help” menu of your browser (such as Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) or visit your device’s settings.
