How to Access & Download Your Files

Welcome to your new digital era! Because all of our products at Layout Nook are 100% digital, there is no waiting for shipping. You will get instant access to your templates, planners, and icons the moment your purchase is complete.

Here is exactly how to access your new digital assets:

1. Instant Access After Checkout

As soon as your payment is processed, you will automatically be redirected to an Order Confirmation page.

• Look for the section labeled Downloads.
• Click the button next to your purchased item to download the file directly to your device.

2. Access Via Email (Best for downloading later)

Within 5 minutes of your purchase, you will receive an email from us with the subject line: “Your Layout Nook Downloads Are Ready!”

• Open the email and click the secure download link inside.
• Pro Tip: If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder. (If you used Apple Pay, check the email address linked to your Apple ID).

3. Access Via Your Account

If you created a Layout Nook account during checkout, you will never lose your files!

• Click Login at the top right of our website.
• Navigate to the Downloads tab in your account dashboard.
• You will see a lifetime-access list of every digital product you have ever purchased from us.

Device-Specific Download Tips

For iPad & iPhone Users (Digital Planners & iOS Icons)

1. Tap the download link.
2. When prompted, select Save to Files.
3. Open the native Apple Files app on your device and navigate to your “Downloads” folder to locate your item.
4. If downloading a planner, tap the file to open it, then click the “Share” icon (the square with an up arrow) to send it to GoodNotes, Notability, or your preferred annotation app.

For Mac & PC Users (Spreadsheets & SVGs)

1. Click the download link.
2. The file will automatically save to your computer’s default Downloads folder.
3. Double-click the file to open it.

How to Unzip a .ZIP File

Many of our larger bundles (like iOS Icon packs or SVGs) are delivered in a .ZIP file to preserve quality.

• On Mac: Simply double-click the .zip file, and it will automatically extract a regular folder right next to it.
• On PC: Right-click the .zip file, select Extract All, and follow the prompts.
• On iPad/iPhone: Open your Files app, find the .zip file, and just tap it once. A blue, unzipped folder will magically appear next to it containing all your files!
